Mom of 2

I'm learning how to reframe my thoughts, while also helping my daughters do the same. This is not a skill I was taught growing up, so I'm very grateful to be learning and passing along these skills to my children."

"I would recommend for busy moms because it's so practical and prayerful. This program is more what I was looking for when I went to therapy - what I really wanted was exercise and strategies to help me face the daily struggles."

Your emotions are more than just hormones.

Becoming a mom is a wonderful and awesome experience. But it sure doesn’t always feel like it!

Sometimes, pregnancy is awful.

Sometimes, labor is the worst and perhaps somewhat traumatic.

Sometimes, breastfeeding is really hard.

Sometimes, you feel so judged about the decisions you make for your baby.

Sometimes, you feel downright dumb and stupid, like you have no idea what you are doing.

Sometimes, the baby won’t sleep!

Sometimes, you have to (gasp!) bottle feed your baby.

Sometimes, your marriage is different and you miss your old rhythm with your husband.

Sometimes, your doctor prescribes you antidepressants that you don’t feel comfortable taking.

Sometimes, you simply miss the life you had before motherhood….and then you feel bad about it.

Sometimes, you feel like you don’t even know yourself anymore.

3rd Grade Teacher and Mom of 6

"I love being able to apply these tools not only in my personal life, but in my relationship with others as well. The 5 minute videos were perfect!"

I’ve put in over 10 years of personal and academic experience into one simple course - just for you.

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (type 2) when I entered the convent at the age of 24. Part of my discernment was that I didn’t think I would be stable enough to be a mother. Those 2.5 years became some of the most healing and formative years that ended up preparing me for my actual calling to marriage and physical motherhood.

Out of God’s great goodness - I learned to regulate my emotions and was able to drastically reduce the number of prescriptions I took (from 5 down to 1). My husband and I have now been blessed with 6 beautiful children. I’ve been able to breastfeed all of them because I was able to be on just the 1 medication. We even homeschooled the past 2 years - which was definitely something I never thought possible.

Motherhood has definitely been a surpise of joy - but with motherhood, I also learned that regulating my emotions was the best thing I could have ever learned to help me encounter that joy. Out of sheer gratitude and a passion to share what I had learned, I started coaching other women in 2020, and earned my Masters in Psychology in 2021 from Divine Mercy University.

I have now helped several women learn to manage their emotions and help them find a sense of stability and confidence. I want you to be next!

I can’t wait to serve you!
