you are a woman & you have a lot of emotions.

You don’t necessarily have to express every emotion you feel, but it is very important for your mental and overall health to process the emotions that you experience.

When you avoid or suppress your uncomfortable emotions - such as sadness, loneliness, guilt, fear, discouragement (just to name a few) - they build up subconsciously and become a bigger problem.

You may start feeling depressed, or have bouts of rage, or experience crippling anxiety.

So you bring this bigger problem up with your doctor and she suggests trying anti-depressants or therapy or both.

Both of which can be good - if they work, and you can afford them.

But what happens when you want a different, more holistic route? And you want guidance from someone who has been through it before?

I’ve put in over 10 years of personal and academic experience into one simple course - just for you.

I know what it’s like to be a directionless college student who just wants to live radically for Jesus - but unsure of what her life-long vocation is. With different roommates, living situations and schedules constantly changing - life can seem anything but stable.

This is partially why I discerned religious life for 2.5 years after college with a wonderful community. I craved stability. I craved a place to call home.

But I was also dealing with the inability to manage my emotions and my moods. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (type 2) when I entered the convent. Those 2.5 years became some of the most healing and formative years that ended up preparing me for my actual calling to marriage and physical motherhood (I say “physical” because all women are called to be mothers…but that’s a whole other topic for another time).

I learned to regulate my emotions and was able to drastically reduce the number of prescriptions I took (from 5 down to 1). My husband and I have now been blessed with 5 beautiful children. Out of sheer gratitude and a passion to share what I had learned, I started coaching other women in 2020, and earned my Masters in Psychology in 2021 from Divine Mercy University.

I have now helped several women learn to manage their emotions and help them find a sense of stability and confidence. I want you to be next!

I highly recommend that in addition to the course, we work together privately for at least one month.

I have made my private coaching as affordable as possible, and only work with a limited number of clients every month so that I can make sure that I can give you my best attention.

Private coaching allows you to bring your individual experiences and struggles to the table and we work through them together.

I LOVE PRIVATE COACHING and I have helped several women on their journey towards emotional regulation - with decreased anxiety and depression, decreased levels of anger, and better able to practice their boundaries with family, friends and coworkers.

One month of private coaching consists of 4 weekly phone calls 45-60 minutes each and it’s a good old fashioned phone call - which allows you to be as comfortable as possible and allows us to focus on the words that we say, without being distracted by the visual element. I also provide Voxer support between phone calls.
