Coaching is about establishing a safe and trustworthy relationship where I help you discover the strengths that you have and perhaps haven’t tapped into.
It’s also about shifting the self-talk, and challenging the beliefs that you have about what “should” be.
You will learn how to experience emotions neutrally, without triggering your body’s stress response, and allow yourself to feel a range emotions (rather than thinking that only “good” emotions are acceptable).
You’ll learn how to feel sad, jealous, and angry without it being dramatic; without feeling guilt that “I shouldn’t feel those things” and “that’s not what a good Catholic mom thinks/feels!” You will be able to say, “Oh I feel sad,” or “Oh, I guess that’s a little jealousy,” and then that will be that. You’ll learn how to process that emotion and then move on with your life!
Private coaching is $3000 for 6 months, which includes weekly one-hour phone calls, Voxer support for in between sessions, and also includes access to the Emotional Regulation Course. Monthly payment is available.
